Hi! My name is Bailee (she/they) and I am currently completing my Master's in Youth Development (as well as Queer Studies). From babysitter, camp counselor, and teacher assistant to family liaison, vocational specialist, and case manager— I took the very first chance I ever got to start serving the youth of Providence at just 14 years old and absolutely loved becoming a part of the very same crucial supports I received growing up here myself. I chose pictures with my nephew, two little cousins, spouse and niece to include above— as family has always been incredibly important to me. I also love cuddling cats, going to concerts, and providing safe spaces (especially for fellow 2SLGBTQIA+ members). Ultimately, community is at my core, advocacy will forever be my purpose, and I will forever be a very proud member of the YDEV family.
